Croft Architecture is proud to once again be supporting Architect in the House in 2012. Architect in the House is an inventive scheme run by Shelter, a charity for housing and homeless people, and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Architect in the House will match homeowners who register for the scheme with a local RIBA chartered architect, such as Croft Architecture, who will donate an hour of design consultation. In exchange, the homeowner can make a suggested donation of £40 to Shelter.
Last year 3,221 homeowners benefited from expert architectural advice the Architect in the House scheme and took their first steps to creating the home of their dreams, and helped to raise over £113,000 for homeless people in the process.
Rockwool insulation are also supporting Architect in the House 2012 as the title sponsor, and contributing to the cause.
If you are a homeowner in Stafford, Stoke-On-Trent or Staffordshire and would prefer to start your project with us at Croft Architecture raising money for Shelter through Architect in the House, feel free to contact us directly and we will provide you with all the details you need to take part in this year’s scheme.
Previous Architect in the House Client
Here’s what one of our previous Architect in the House clients has to say about us:
"Carl impressed us immediately on our first meeting with him with his professionalism and positive attitude. We had met a couple of architects prior to this and Carl was a breath of fresh air! From the start he was able to follow our ideas explicitly, as well as present us with other options for improvements to our own thoughts. This initial design process always brought positive steps forward towards our final design solution.
After we had settled for our final design, unsurprisingly, there were budget constraints to be worked through! Carl's approach throughout this was consistently professional, positive and continually having our needs front of mind.
Throughout the whole process, Carl and his office team were exceptional in their service and approach and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using architectural services.
The building work is all completed now and our end product far exceeds our initial ideas that we first put towards Carl in that first meeting."
Mr. and Mrs. P. Starr
